About VITtron Electronics We are a electronic contract manufacturer specializing in, soldering, microelectronics, printed circuit boards, transformer winding, epoxying, and micro-welding. VITtron is headed by a president who, as a 100% share holder and dynamic plant manager, can immediately respond to your contract and production questions. Leavitt, President Started in the field of electronics approx. 1973 working for Anzac, Division of Adams-Russell, which later became a branch of M/A Com, AMP, Tyco. Starting at the bottom of the assembly line working her way up to one of the top assemblers, for customers such as Raytheon, Boeing, Texas Instruments, Martin Marrietta, Sanders, General Dynamics to name only a few. Having been recognized for her accomplishments she was promoted into management, working in various areas, Passive, Active, Micro Integrated Circuit, as well as logistics. It was because of her knowledge and skills, that she was chosen over hundreds of employees at M/A COM's to introduce products into their new facility in Cork, Ireland. Consolidation of M/A COM's facilities eliminated Bangor's operations and Wanda was persuaded by an out-of -state electronic company to start up a division for them in the state of Maine. Wanda's special hand selected assemblers were very successful, in their operations. However the out of state operations, which handled expenditures, could not meet it's commitments to their employees and Bangor's operation was closed. August of 95 was the start of Wanda's own company "VITtron Electronic, Inc." while maintaining her highly skilled staff, she always strives to be on the cutting edge of electronics, by applying skills to new products and aid the customers in product improvement. As proof of VITton's contributions in making their customers successful, VITtron has been presented with several awards, including "Ship To Stock" ISO 2000 certification is only another example of VITtron's commitment to customer satisfaction. |
